Support Groups
Single Prospective Moms
Creating a family as a solo parent can be both an empowering and a solitary experience. This group will bring together strong, amazing women to share hopes and fears, dreams and desires.
Whether you are currently inseminating, in the process of adoption, or weighing your options for how to become a parent, this group is for you. Come join with other women in the process of welcoming a child into their lives, find a community of support with others on the same path. This group will be a familiar touch point as your journey unfolds.
Bi-monthly meetings held on Thursdays. Due to the overwhelming success of this group, we have split the sessions into TWO GROUPS...
Group 1: For those who have been trying to conceive or adopt for less than one year, or those who are considering single parenthood but haven't started yet. Meets from 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Group 2: For those who have been trying to conceive or adopt for a year or more. Meets from 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Queer/Trans/Intersex Prospective Parents
Thinking about having a baby and looking for
community?
In this group we will explore this dynamic, multifaceted experience
unique to queer folks of all genders.
4-week Sessions
Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm $60 per family

Butch Moms and Lesbian Dads
For parents who fall on the masculine side of
the gender spectrum, this group explores the internal experience
of gender, and the interplay of inward and outward gender expression.
4-week Sessions
Sundays from 7:30 to 9:00 pm $60 per person

LGBT Parent and Baby Group
Get together with other queer parents to discuss
everything from sleep issues to legal concerns. A safe and supportive,
mutually respectful space to share what parenting is really like.
Parents and babies up to age 2.

Non-Bio Parents
This group provides affirmation and validation
for parents living life beyond the biological. Topics of discussion
will include internal struggles, relationship dynamics and dealing
with extended family.

Group for Parents of Gender Variant Children |
Are you raising a child who does not fit within
the expected gender norms, who prefers to wear the clothes of
the “opposite” gender and be called by the “opposite”
pronoun? So are we. We share with one another and help the world
become a safer place for our children. We currently meet in Oakland.
Third Wednesday of every month
